Outline

Object film for cleaning： inorganic water-soluble film,　alkali metallic lubricant　etc.

Object metal for cleaning： stainless steel, iron, aluminum, copper alloy, et.

Cleaning　system： batch cleaning, in-line cleaning, etc.

Conditions： concentration 20?30％,　temperature room temp. or 40?60℃.

Strong Poin

・NS-6K has an enough cleaning power at a certain concentration and 40℃. It is possible to be used under lower concentration and heating.

・It is easy to collect sludge (coatings and lubricants) which is flowing on the surface of the bath because the coatings and lubricants are separated from the bath.

・The viscosity of the bath does not increase because the sludge is separated from the bath. Therefore the running cost can be reduced because the bath which is taken out from the tank is less due to the low viscosity of the bath.

・Low foam 　Material of cleaning equipment
